I start by observing — the business, the spreadsheet it runs on, and how things actually work.
Build decisions come later. Understanding comes first.
Then I distil — removing noise, reducing complexity, and keeping only what the work truly needs.
Then I ship, and stay: daily communication, fast iterations, and the last mile of rollout — until it’s something people rely on.
